Enjoy a washer and dryercoffee station (also stocked with wine glasses!), and cozy sleeping arrangements: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen with twin bunk plus a sleeper sofa.  A pack & play is available if needed.

    HOUSE RULES

    • The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years old.
    • This is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the condo or on either of decks.

    • The condo is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

    • Pets are not allowed at any time.

    • The community does not permit golf carts on the premises.

    • Please respect the condo and its contents. We hope you feel at home during your stay and appreciate you looking after the condo as if it were your own.

    • All linens and towels must remain inside the unit. A $150 fee will be assessed for any missing items.

    • The swimming pool is seasonal and unheated. It generally operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but the HOA determines exact opening and closing dates. The pool may close without notice due to maintenance or other unforeseen issues, and refunds cannot be provided if this occurs.

    • Guests may use the property and all amenities, including the pool, at their own risk. The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal items during your stay. By booking, guests accept full responsibility for themselves and their invitees.

    PARKING

    • Each condo includes ONE designated parking space. There are also 8 additional shared spaces within the complex that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • A parking permit is required for all on-site parking and will be provided by the host prior to your stay.

    • Please note that Ocean Isle Beach can be especially busy during the summer months, and parking throughout the town is limited. We recommend carpooling when possible and bringing the minimum number of vehicles to help avoid any parking difficulties.
